Chuck Torque Adjustment
The chuck torque needs to be adjusted in the following situations:
1. When the breaking torque of the tap is not exceeded during the normal tapping process, it will separate and slip directly, and immediately separate and slip when it just touches the threaded hole, indicating that the torque of the chuck is too small and needs to increase the torque of the chuck.
2. When the breaking torque of the tap is exceeded during the normal tapping process, the torque chuck does not separate and slip, causing the tap to break, indicating that the chuck torque is too large and needs to be reduced.
